Your email address - for account recovery and communication

2. Erasure of data

All data we store is linked to accounts. By deleting your account, associated data will be erased - except:

A record of your Discord account having logged in
Activity logs for servers not associated with your account

3. Payment data

Our payments are handled by Stripe. They are responsible for all payment-related information. Their legal agreements can be found at checkout.

4. Third parties

We use some third-party services that may collect certain data, including advertising partners. If an advertising partner collects data, you will be shown a popup with a link to their privacy policy.

1. Definitions

"Server"/"servers" - our service with programs executing within containers
"We", "us", "our" - refer to Bot-Hosting.net
"User", "client", "you" - refer to visitors of Bot-Hosting.net

2. Rights we reserve

To suspend your access to our services at any time
To modify data associated with your account
To erase or suspend access to data on your servers
To process files for legal and safe operation

3. Limited liability

Bot-Hosting.net should not be held liable for incidents such as hardware failure, fire/water damage, and downtime. We recommend users take off-site backups for important data.

4. Acceptable use policy

The following activities are not permitted:

Illegal activities or knowingly handling illegal content
Excessive computational resource consumption
Attempts to DDoS or cause harm to others
Running internet-wide scanners

5. Payments & refunds

We offer a 24-hour refund policy. After 24 hours, we reserve the right to refuse refunds. If a chargeback is filed, we will terminate access to our services.

6. Account & service deletion

If you delete your account or a service, you accept that the associated data will be erased permanently. We do not guarantee data recovery.
